This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use the "Smartrace".

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you use "Smartrace", it automatically uploads location information to our platform called G-Evolution, including device information "Manufacturer", "Model", and "OS Version". The location data remains on the platform between 1 to 3 years depending on the agreements with the client.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Smartrace only uses location data for employers (G-Evolution's clients) to verify the routes of their employees (salesmen, for example) for logistical and security reasons, and with the data collected they can generate digital geofences and KPI of compliance. The employer may at any time restrict from the G-Evolution platform the collection times of the location data of the devices.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not share your information with other people or platforms outside the subscribed client.

YOUR RIGHTS

If you are a user of Smartrace, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of your country, including to servers located in Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION

When you use Smartrace we will maintain your location information at G-Evolution between 1 to 3 years depending on the agreements with the client. .
